Hywel Owain Davies

Hywel is a farmer’s son from Ammanford. He became a partner in the Firm in 2004 when aged just 27. He attended Amman Valley Comprehensive School where he was head boy and took a Scholarship to attend at the University of Wales, Aberystwyth. He trained at our Ammanford office and has been practicing there since 1998. He splits his time between our Ammanford and Carmarthen offices and can attend clients in Llandeilo by prior appointment.

Hywel takes a keen interest in farming and rugby. He is married with two young daughters.

Hywel is the head of the Conveyancing department and remains a Duty Solicitor taking private instructions in criminal matters.

Hywel also deals with Wills and Probate together with Agricultural matters. Hywel is a fluent Welsh speaker and can conduct matters through the medium of Welsh.

Hywel is primarily based at our Ammanford Office however Hywel is in our Carmarthen Office on the mornings of Monday and Tuesday and in the Llandeilo Office all day Wednesday and Friday afternoon.

Hywel is able to meet clients at our Llandeilo and Carmarthen Office at other times by prior arrangement.
