Paul Smith
Solicitor
Paul was born in Kingston upon Hull and moved to South Wales in 1988 after completing BA.
In 1994 Paul completed his MBA at Cardiff Business School and 2006 completed his LLB as an external student of the University of London. Paul undertook his LPC at the University of Glamorgan.
Paul qualified as a solicitor in 2011 having come to the law as a second career.
Paul practises in all aspects of residential property, both freehold and leasehold, new build, transfers of equity and re-mortgages and unregistered land. He is also accredited by the Welsh Government as a Conveyancer for Help to Buy Wales, The Welsh Government’s Help to Buy Scheme.
Paul is based at the Ammanford office
